3.05 The Mother Wound Part I: Healing Attachment Wounds

Powered by RedCircle

Kristina leads today’s episode, talking about the “My Mother Wound,” a wound that is specific to your personal circumstances, life story, and attachment bond. She explains how the “My Mother Wound” is a fusion of abandonment and betrayal wounds, and how the coping mechanism for this pain may yield a “manufactured personality.” Anna discusses her own work with the “Great Mother Wound,” which is the relationship we all have, universally, with maya (a Hindu term for the illusion or appearance of the phenomenal world). This is the first in a three part series.

Also discussed today: secure and insecure attachments, Ram Dass, panic attacks, egregores, and more.
